No customer service to call price adjustment

hello immediately after i placed my order i reached out to customer service to cancel and they said they would not cancel it. then days before the item i tried to purchase was received i saw the item in the website was less can you please price adjust for me this item i just received it yesterday. order xxxxx ordered march 18 tried to cancel march 18 received marsh 24 just credit me the difference to my original form of payment from now on i will just shop in the store. the online shopping is awful and now there is no number to call this is ruining your business. now if i order online i cant return to a store i cant exchange or cancel order call. how is this working?

Bed purchasing experience in Theory store

The Theory store salesman promised to exchange and write it on the receipt. However, they did not delivery their promise. I requested an explanation. And they asked me to leave and called the security guard. The security guard took me out of the store, and this is whole my experience with the Theory store in White Plains.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase Theory clothing.
